Personalized Receiving and Inspection

No more wondering if your order is sitting in a warehouse. Items that arrive at our warehouse  receive prompt inspection to identify any potential damage. You will be notified upon arrival for item(s) received during receiving hours with corresponding remarks. *We are inspecting for DAMAGE. While we make every effort to communicate obvious flaws, we are not responsible  for the subjective nature of items such as patina, natural wood grain or leather marks, improper finish, etc.  If there is a concern about a particular item, you are welcome to schedule a visit. Upon direction, we will perform minor repairs in the interest of saving the time, money, and hassle of returns.

Our warehouse is manned daily to receive, inspect, and coordinate pulling products for outgoing orders. We maintain strict cleanliness, and inventory controls for all items received, and can coordinate with you for your records. *Please request a PDF of our non-negotiable warehouse receipt form

 

White Glove Delivery

Our teams are courteous, professional, and efficient. They will deliver and place items exactly as specified, attach felts, and remove packaging from premises with extreme care. Items requiring assembly can be done at our warehouse or on site.

Shipment Tracking/Returns

We can handle your post P.O. logistics  from start to finish including shipment tracking, freight claims, and returns.
